Terms of Service

1. Adults, accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms. Only upload photographs of adults aged 18 or older. Do not upload photographs of children, even with a parent's permission.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for using the Service in accordance with applicable laws.

2. What the Service creates

The current generator uses AI face replacement to personalize existing fictional video templates with two portraits. The template determines the sequence, bodies, outfits, setting and original soundtrack. Current couple stories are 10-second, vertical 9:16 videos at 480p with sound. Available features and the applicable credit cost are shown in the creation interface.

AI-assisted results may contain errors, imperfect likenesses or similar elements to other outputs. A generated video is not evidence of a real event or a person's actual conduct. Review your result before sharing it, and disclose its synthetic nature where context, law or platform rules require it. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, unique result, completion time or suitability for a particular purpose.

3. Photo rights and explicit consent

Before uploading, you must hold the copyright or other permission needed to use each photograph, and obtain explicit, informed permission from every person depicted for AI face processing, placement into the selected fictional story and your intended sharing. A person appearing in a photo may not own the photo's copyright; you must address both sets of rights.

Do not assume that a public profile, celebrity image, downloaded photograph or your relationship with the person gives you permission. Do not use someone's likeness without their agreement, including an ex-partner's. You must not misrepresent your age or anyone else's consent.

You are responsible for the scope of the permissions you obtain and for honoring a person's withdrawal of permission for future use or sharing. If a person objects to a video you posted, stop sharing it and address removal on platforms you control. Contact us for requests concerning copies held by our Service.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload, request, create or distribute through the Service:

• Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic depictions.
• Images of minors, child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor.
• Violent or gory uploads, graphic injuries, threats, promotion of violence or abuse of people or animals.
• Hateful, discriminatory, extremist, harassing, humiliating or defamatory material.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, or that exposes another person's private information.
• Deceptive impersonation, fraudulent endorsements, scams or fabricated evidence of a real person's actions.
• Other illegal material, malware, attempts to evade safety controls or activity that interferes with the Service.

The fictional zombie theme of our templates does not permit prohibited uploads or harmful uses. Automated safeguards can make mistakes and do not replace your responsibility to follow these rules.

5. Ownership and our limited processing license

You retain the rights you already hold in your uploads. Uploading does not transfer ownership of your photographs or grant us ownership of anyone's likeness.

You grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, process and transform your uploads, and to engage service providers as needed, solely to generate and deliver your requested video, provide related support, perform safety reviews, investigate complaints and meet legal obligations. This license lasts only as needed for those purposes and the retention described in our Privacy Policy.

This permission does not authorize us to publish your portraits or personalized videos as advertisements, public examples or marketing without separate permission. Our software, branding and templates, and any underlying third-party material such as music, remain subject to their respective rights. You may not extract or resell our templates, soundtrack or software as standalone assets.

6. Personal sharing and commercial uses

Subject to these Terms and the rights you have obtained, you may download your finished video for personal use and personal social sharing. This permission applies to the finished personalized video and does not transfer ownership of its underlying template or soundtrack.

Advertising, paid client work, resale and other commercial uses require separate confirmation of the relevant template, music, photograph and likeness rights. Contact us before commercial use. Purchasing credits alone does not provide additional rights or clearance from third-party rights holders.

We do not promise that an AI-assisted output is exclusive, copyrightable in every jurisdiction or eligible for copyright registration. Your ability to protect or use an output depends on applicable law and the rights in its component materials. 7. Credits, subscriptions and refunds

Generation uses credits. Review the cost displayed before submitting a task. Available packs, subscriptions, currency and billing intervals appear on the pricing and checkout screens. Payments are processed through Stripe. Purchased credits are valid for 2 years from purchase; promotional credits and subscription allocations may have different conditions disclosed when offered.

If you choose a subscription, it renews at the billing interval disclosed at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel it through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund past payments. Changes to pricing apply as disclosed before a new purchase or renewal, subject to applicable notice requirements.

Failed generation tasks return the credits charged for that task. A credit reversal is not a refund to your payment method. A request with an unresolved submission status may need investigation; contact support with the generation ID rather than assuming it has failed.

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we expressly agree otherwise. Contact support about billing errors, duplicate charges or service problems. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights you have under applicable law.

8. Privacy, retention and safety review

Photos selected for local previews are uploaded when you submit a generation request. Private storage and third-party processing are part of providing the Service. Closing the page clears local previews; it does not delete server-side files, completed videos, task records or any separately retained moderation evidence.

We may use automated checks and authorized review to investigate prohibited content, complaints, fraud or legal requests. Materials that enter the separate moderation workflow can be retained with review records under its retention and case-hold rules. Read the Privacy Policy for details and deletion requests. We do not claim that every upload or every video frame receives comprehensive review.

9. Copyright, likeness and abuse reports

Send reports to support@zombie-couplevideo.com. Identify the affected work or person, the material or generation ID at issue, its location if available, the rights you hold or represent, and a way to contact you. Explain in good faith why the use is unauthorized; include a signature or authorization details when relevant.

We may request information needed to assess the report, restrict access to disputed material and preserve records as required. People whose likeness appears without permission can report directly even if they do not hold the photo's copyright. Do not send us illegal imagery as an email attachment. If you believe a restriction was mistaken, reply with the relevant task ID and supporting explanation so we can review it.

10. Restrictions and termination

We may reject a task, restrict access to content, suspend an account or end access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, a rights complaint, legal obligations or a security risk. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination. Where appropriate and legally permitted, you may contact support to request review. These measures do not remove mandatory refund or consumer rights.

11. Availability and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free results or permanent storage. Keep your own downloaded copies of videos you want to retain.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory warranties, remedies or consumer protections.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required for material changes. Changes do not retroactively authorize new uses of previously uploaded personal images. Contact support@zombie-couplevideo.com about these Terms, permissions, complaints or billing.
